A man’s Valentine’s Day meal for his partner has left Twitter users in disbelief after it was shared by food-sharing community Rate My Plate.

The bizarre combination of food was shared by the social media group over Valentine’s weekend.

Rate My Plate tweeted: “Late Valentines Meal – Prawns & Chips with Meatballs in Gravy and some Cheese by Michael H.”

The tweet has racked up 200 responses, including 300 retweets, and 1,200 likes.

One wrote: “I’ve lost my appetite. Forever. Nauseated face.”

“Thats total drunk food,” said another.

“It’s a Valentine’s meal that’s a sure way of you getting dumped,” another commented.

“People get put away for less,” wrote another.
