Crowe Taps Rachael Gibson to Head Up DEI Efforts

Chicago-based IPA 100 firm Crowe LLP (FY22 net revenue of $1.1 billion) has appointed Rachael Gibson as its new chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer (CDEIO).

Gibson has been with Crowe since September of 2022, serving as deputy chief – firmwide leader of DE&I. As CDEIO, she succeeds Sheila Enriquez, who will remain as the firm’s Texas market leader.
