Aaron Rodgers has played his entire NFL career as the starting quarterback of the Green Bay Packers.

Today, NFL insider Trey Wingo tweeted, “Hearing Rodgers to the Jets is done. History about to repeat itself between New York and Green Bay. Time is indeed a flat circle.” Trey‘s tweet is referring to Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre eventually leaving the team and playing for the Jets as well.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that a deal isn’t done yet, but the Jets are “”cautiously optimistic.”
And the NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport tweeted, “I wish it did. I wish something had happened. But nothing has happened.”
All three of these NFL insiders are regarded as highly reputable and rarely spread any misinformation. So…it’s as good a guess as any who is right right now! But it looks like Aaron Rodgers to the Jets is possible. We’ll have to wait and see!
