Seena Hodges is working to help people understand the effects of racism and injustice in many workplaces today.
Hodges started her business “The Woke Coach” in 2018 and works with businesses that range from small nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies — and clients who are willing to reflect on their biases and work to use their privilege to benefit others.
Coming up at 9 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 11, MPR News host Angela Davis talks to Seena Hodges about her work to create racial equity in the workplace, what it means to be “woke” and the role the arts can play in helping us understand others better.
And we want to hear from you, too.
