The countdown has begun.
With Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday hitting theaters December 18, Marvel is launching an official rewatch podcast, setting the stage for the showdown to come. Hosted by Frank Alvarez and Iman Vellani — AKA Ms. Marvel herself — the Countdown to Avengers: Doomsday Official Podcast will take fans behind the scenes of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, revisiting all the major moments leading up to Doomsday.
Over the course of five episodes airing weekly, Alvarez and Vellani will look back at a key film from the MCU, recapping all the fan-favorite moments and discussing each film’s cultural legacy. The first episode launched August 27 with 2012’s The Avengers. The fifth episode, discussing Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Endgame, will release on September 24, coinciding with the September 25 re-release of Avengers Endgame: Encore in theaters.
The Countdown to Avengers: Doomsday Official Podcast will be available on Disney+ and YouTube, with the audio-only version available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts.
