Her show, which started on February 6 and will run until November, explores themes of reinvention, resilience, and the joys of letting go of societal expectations.

Audiences can expect a mix of personal anecdotes and relatable stories, all delivered with Porter’s characteristic warmth and wit.

The show draws from her own experiences of middle age, touching on everything from botox regrets and menopausal rage to her newfound love of slankets and garden centres.

The title, Let Yourself Go, was inspired by a YouTube comment she spotted after appearing on Celebrity Antiques Road Trip, prompting her to reflect on her own journey of change.

Audience members can look forward to tales from the ’90s club scene, behind-the-scenes stories from her time at Granada Television, and insights into her life with a husband more than a foot taller than she is.

Porter will be at Chipping Norton Theatre on September 10, and Banbury’s The Mill on November 6.

Tickets are available at boundandgaggedcomedy.com.
